Tips to Wake Up Early

As a student, I love being a night owl. You know why? Only at night time, I can hang out with my friends without any disturbance. We will be having great fun.  If it is morning we have to study, attend our classes finish our assignments. Sometimes we will just stay awake more than 12 hours just to finish our assignment. of course it is last minute job. In university life, it is common for us to join a lot of programs. I love to participate in dancing programs or any programs related to music. Since dance requires practice and practice require time, all my free time at the evening is fully packed with these kinda activities. Sometimes i do rehearsal until midnight.

Those moments was best moments in my life.. and i miss them alot...

Now I want to change..I don't want to be night owl..I want to early rooster that wakes up everyone else..
Well it is going to be really tough for me since I'm used being a night owl. But what to do u have to change your habit if you want to be healthy and live longer to be with your loved ones. In order to motivate me to wake up earlier I tried some of tips below. I hope you guys can find it useful..

Tip 1: Place your alarm far away from you

I had tried many times to wake up early but it always failed. When alarm rings, I will tell myself that ' it's OK still got some time don't worry' , I will continue to sleep again. Then I will get ready and go to my class in rush. always going to class late gives bad impression about you to others. So by putting the alarm far away, you don't have chance to click the snooze button.

Tip 2: Plan what you should do earlier

My grandparents always woke up at 5 am and start to do their daily routine. For me it is really impossible for me to wake up at that time unless i really have something important to do at that time. They told me that by waking up early they feel more energetic and motivated to do things. According to research our brain is more productive in the early morning. Do you know why? our mind is resting when we are sleeping. After the break our brain is fully charged and ready to face the day. By waking up early in the morning you can do important tasks that requires you a lot attention efficiently. So before you go to bed , plan what you need to do tomorrow morning. this will motivate you to wake up early.

Tip 3: Award yourself

All of us love when we get awards, praises and presents. Its not fair right when we anything wrong we get all the blame, scolding and punishment but when we did something good we don't get anything. Awarding yourself is a great motivating factor that will help you to wake up earlier. If you had successfully wake up early in the morning for 1 whole week treat yourself with any delicious meal or any stuffs that you like.

Tip 4: Practise morning exercise

I know most of us prefer to do our exercises in the evening after finish work or class. However your body will be more productive and energetic if you do exercise in the morning. Sometimes we will cancel our exercise if anything else turn up in the evening. If we do it the morning time we can avoid any interruption and also can view sunrise which is a good meditation. In order to wake up early in the morning, ask your friends to join with when going for jogging. In this way you would wake up early in the morning to keep your promise with your friends. You can stay healthy and fit at the same time by following this tip.

Tip 5: Slow....

And finally my dear friends as I told in my previous post do things a little at a time you gradually you can see the improvement. First try to wake up 30 minutes earlier than your usual time then only gradually increase it. Don't try to change your habit in sudden it is not good for your health.
